If parts are required, they may have to be ordered in so we will provide you with a formal quotation detailing the works and the parts needed so you can make an informed choice. Or course, if the engineer has time and the parts available they will endeavour to do the work there and then with your agreement.

In the worst scenario, both are incorrectly sized! We have seen it all … installers who have ‘saved the customer costs’ by selling undersized heat pumps and/or specifying smaller collector arrays.
