We have four contract options which are customised to suit your specific system and needs. Your maintenance contract can include reduced rates in the case of an emergency or scheduled remedial work, as well as priority service over sites without maintenance agreements, which is convenient, especially in times of high demand, such as the festive winter holidays.

A pre-contract ‘Initial Inspection’ will review your system and includes:

  • A general inspection of the heat pump
  • Emptying and cleaning filters
  • System tests to identify any potential problems
  • Pipework inspection
  • Review of alarm logs
  • Checking the bacteria levels
  • Checking expansion vessels and pumps
  • Adjustment to optimise the performance and efficiency of your heat pump

 

Maintenance contracts offer peace of mind to system owners and protects manufacturer warranties.
